feat: Disable RFID reader in config file #188

This fixes #186

I can leave the numbers in, but there are a few configurations that will work and this clashes with the physical setup in the space, but shouldn't be an issue if disabled. I'll adjust them back so there is a working example setup.

Sounds good!

When we get onto different SMIBHID devices doing different things, we can rethink some of this config/structure so easier to use.
