Data Export in USD #615

Please can the user select for the data export to be in USD This means an option for the user to select the export currency, either 'Original currency' or 'Converted to USD' Then if the user selects 'original currency' the export stays as it is now If the user selects 'Converted to USD'

  1. Replace the 'original currency' column title with one that says 'converted to USD'
  2. Set the currency for each project to 'USD'
  3. In each of the financial data fields, export the amount converted to USD
