NGO data entry issues from DEO #646

MoPIED DEO requested that:

  1. NGO data entry might cause problems with entering duplicates etc
  2. They wanted to prevent NGO data entry, but understood that some donors might request NGOs to enter on their behalf
  3. One option is not to allow users from NGOs to start projects....but only to enter projects setup by a donor as funder
  4. But this has the issue that the AIMS will then not capture projects that the NGO is funding from their own resources
  5. Also unclear what to do about all the other org types Potential solution:
    • All projects have to have funders so only an issue if the NGO skips the donor funder (or does not know)
    • Check all new entered projects
    • Funders will get an email when they are added
    • Projects can be merged to resolve

Matt,

no need for this issue. please delete it. we can't redesign AIMS to fit everyone's thoughts.

@mohamedgele22 - agreed, I set it as 'question' so that @raashidahmad knows not to implement it, it also is not assigned to a phase
