No separate maximize icon for a maximized window #108

Problem: Window that is manually resized to full screen and window that is
maximized look exactly the same.

This is inconvenient, since maximized windows often have special behavior -
for one instance, in Compiz dragging a maximized window sideways
immediately transfers it to another desktop, while a normal window is just
moved.

Suggested solution: have a separate version of the 'plus'/maximize icon for
a maximized window.

I'd already notice this in the past, hopefully I can fix it for a future 
release.
