I have made a cursor set for tango...if you wan't it here it is

Thanks for the link, although there are no plans for integrating cursors into 
the
themes. I find Jimmac's set (the default white cursor in Ubuntu) is very 
accessible
and complete, while being color neutral.

However, you can upload to www.gnome-look.org, I'm sure many will enjoy it. 
Perhaps
an installation guide for GNOME would also be appreciated along with the .zip 
file.
