[Enhancement] Shiki&Colors theme for Chrome #126

Now that Google Chrome is getting quite mature on Linux and also supports 
Themes, it would be wonderful to see a Shiki theme with the various colors 
highlights. (You can even use greasemonkey scripts in Chrome now!)

I updated Chrome again and now there is an option to use the GTK+ theme (inside 
of 
Chrome). Glad they added this.

Don't worry, they've hidden the preference rather well, so it's understandable. 
The
newest release of Shiki-Colors supports this option properly, and you can also 
click
on the titlebar and select native window borders if you'd like to use the
Shiki-Colors window border instead of Chromium's.
