Fix for gnome-main-menu (slab) icon clipping #142

I'm using OpenSUSE 11.2 with Gnome 2.28.

I took the attached code from the OpenSUSE Sonar theme (with a little
modification) to fix the icon clipping that occurs for the slab menu icon
whilst using Shiki-colors-4.6.

Please append the contents of the attached file to the gtk-2.0/panel.rc for
each theme.

I tried your suggested fix and it works really well. Using opensuse 11.3 gnome 
2.30.1.

Please devs, append it to the themes to avoid manual edition of the files :)
