Chromium displays wrong frame color with "Use GTK theme" on #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update chromium-browser from latest daily build (9.0.576.0 or newer)
2. Open Chromium
3. Go to the Preferences, in "Personal Data", set "Use GTK Theme"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm expecting to se a black frame, matching the others window borders and
menubar, just like it was before updating Chromium.

Instead, the frame has turned blue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Default shiki-brave-theme package on Xubuntu 10.04 Lucid.

Chromium now requires GTK themes to specify their own frame colors. According
to reports linked below, if the theme author doesn't specify colors in the form
of ChromeGtkFrame::frame-color, Chromium use a fallback.
Shiki-colors needs to be updated to take this change into account.
