Background color is set to FFFFFF00 #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build gnome-colors with recent Inkscape (0.48.1 on Fedora 15)
2. You will see: ** (inkscape:28591): WARNING **: Format autodetect failed. The 
file is being opened as SVG.
3. And also that background color was set to FFFFFF00 [RRGGBBAA].

On exported PNG icons I can see black color where should be transparency.

Ahh. Sorry. Please close it, it's a bug in ImageMagick's `convert'.

last devel release are r282 are from 2009, yes this project are DEAD
