Updated path to extconf.rb #18

It seems the ext directory was replaced by a more appropriate directory structure. I've updated the README accordingly.

@sebastiandeutsch Thanks! It looks like also the git clone should have an updated path and that the cd should just be cd tensorflow.rb/ext/sciruby/tensorflow_c, right?

The git clone is good and yes the cd should be cd tensorflow.rb/ext/sciruby/tensorflow_c. People who are not that tech savvy are confused since there is no extconf.rb in ext :-)
