This mod needs some config options

Describe the bug you're experiencing

When the ender dragon spits out 70 zombies, it's just too many mobs at once, the fps goes down too low. I've lowered the dragons difficulty down to 10, i'd like the see config options, when an ender crystal is destroyed I have it set so one of several mobs spawns, but some of them should spawn in numbers higher than 1, while others are more powerful and should just spawn 1.

Crystals don't respawn fast enough, I have the wither spawn when a crystal is destroyed and I can kill all the withers and a 1 crystal might respawn, i'm using a gun mod, i've increased the wither health and speed but the crystals just don't respawn fast enough, a config option to give them a respawn time would fix this.

I would really like config options to decide what to spawn and in what numbers.
