[Bug]: Major Packet Spam Message once and a while over 1000 lines.

Describe the bug you're experiencing

I have a fresh server / pack. I logged into it and logged off. This my own creation nothing else crazy done to this fresh world/server besides having quite a few mods added to it.

Reproducability

Modern 1.20.1-0.5.zip I have uploaded my modpack if you feel like trying it. It's the server side of things I have not check to see if the client causes this. It's running on Linux with the following client side mods removed from the above mods list:
