[Feature Request] Async respawn? #4

Is it possible to make structure spawn asynchronously? Respawning large structures like stronghold, Sunken City (Cataclysm) can freeze the game over ten seconds, which can be a disaster in servers. A temporary solution is to blacklist these structures.

no has to be on the server thread, I also got no control over what those structures are doing/how they behave on respawning either
