Confirmed Count found in District level as per selected state is not reflecting the same in Same District in selected state in the Map #145

Bug discription Confirmed Count found in District level as per selected state is not reflecting the same in Map for the Same selected District and State.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ''https://www.covid19india.org/"
  2. Click on 'Haryana' State from INDIA COVID-19 TRACKER A CROWDSOURCED INITIATIVE
  3. Observe the count "1" for Sonipat District.
  4. Scrolling up the page and go to INDIA MAP HOVER OVER A STATE FOR MORE DETAILS section.
  5. Select Same State i.e. Haryana and Same District Sonipat and observe the count for the cases. I.e showing zero.

Expected behavior Verify that exact same number should be reflected throughout the web-app for the selected state/district/city.
