Show Cluster View in State or Indian Map #85

Hi, Instead of showing random cluster view, You can show the cluster view in the form of Indian or State maps view. That will help everyone to understand or locate cases of confirmed cases.

We have done the cluster view in the form of state map view for Kerala State. GIF is attached kindly comment the code can be generalized to view any state project~2 00_00_00-00_00_30

We are ready to share code both python version and javascript version.
