Since emacs23-nox conflicts with emacs23, admin-essentials ends up uninstalling emacs23 on desktop machines, which is rather annoying.

To resolve this there should be an Emacs recipe that installs emacs23-nox if there is no X installed yet or emacs23 if X is present.
