Watch Party Notify feature. #3

As a member of the discord server, I would like to have a feature where if a group of people were to enter an audio channel meant for watch parties and start streaming their screen, the entire group gets notified of an event via the bot @everyone. This idea also allows the concept of an event feature to be embedded into the server via polls and replies to find the group of people part of a particular event

  1. The Discord API doesn't have any methods that listen for screenshares, though there is another way of approaching it - will update soon.
  2. The bot notification will be restricted to @here
