Issue with confirmation of payment #12

Hi there,

We are having lots of issues recently. Payments are being accepted for bookings but the bookings are not being confirmed on the woocommerce platform.

All bookings are left as unpaid despite there being cash collection and confirmation of cash collection via email.

Are there any known issues with the plugin at the moment?

i think we had issues on payment validation since the start of using ur plugin

Hey @SapphireClinics

We haven't had any issue reports here. The plugin was originally created to be released on WooCommerce.com in 2015, but at some point Viva made their own version available so we pulled the plug on this one.

We are no longer maintaining the plugin actively, but haven't had any issue reports from store owners who use it.

We haven't tested the webhooks validation in more than a couple years now, so if you can consistently replicate an issue let me know and I'll do my best to have a look soon.
