Description
The fitting for the bidisperse sample exhibit hardly distinguishable decorrelation as with only the large particles.
Proposed solution
Fit the image structure function with known large particle decay. And add a method to plot the difference between the fit and the data, and see if it is constant. If the residue is delta t independent, there is no double exponentials in the data. If there is a double decay, with the fitting parameters set to the large particles, the model overfit for small delta t.
Alternatives
Could look in ImageJ app to investigate the center of the intensity histogram for small only, large only, and bidisperse samples.
