New button for logins and controller configs #101

I also changed some of the placements to use start commands instead due to them usually working better in a translated environment. The strings are probably so short that it wont matter, better safe than sorry.

The new button for the steam web browser (in-game overlay) works fine, but like I said there's no way for me to test the new link for controller configs.

And just after I merged I checked out the stable version of steam. The autologin button doesn't exist yet and the menu is messed up. For now I'm going to leave it as it is broken, and wait for a new stable Steam version which includes this. I'll post an announcement then.

Thanks! Many people run the beta version, so this should avoid bug reports
