As requested, this override adds the vanilla Steam skin music page background.
Edit: Actually, I need to test this with the Browse Music page in the Steam overlay before being completely sure that this will work well, but the Browse Music does not work at the moment on the latest Steam beta build. Will submit this request after Steam fixes the Browse Music page.
