'Update news' menu option #56

Valve recently added an 'Update news' menu option to the 'View' menu: http://store.steampowered.com/news/19185/

While Valve placed the new option right below 'Inventory', I don't feel like it really belongs with that "group" of options, so I've placed it on its own, ala the 'Discussions' option.

Thank you very much for noticing this, I tested and I'm merging this.

Is that button supposed to do anything? I tested on the default skin too but all it does for me on Linux is keep that menu open. Still, it's client issue, nothing to do with the skin.

On Windows, clicking the 'Update news' option pops up a window which lets you view past offers/news/etc.
