Add notification stacking tweaks #57

Tweaks for stacking notifications.

I'll remove the transparency tweak, it doesn't work. I'm going to add an issue requesting it, though. I've done a bunch of different things trying to get transparent notifications, and none of it works; I'm including copies of the TGAs that have 50% opacity on them as well.

Thanks for submitting this, I'll keep this branch checked out for a while to see if any issues crop up. You do you test the notifications, other than just ask a friend to just spam messages towards you?

That's enough testing, I've merged the first commit, about the stacking notifications. Since the transparent notifications don't work (a bug in the client, most likely), that's for the next PR.
