Delete-after-send does not seem to remove the sent instance from the delete saved forms screen #1144

User reports that whether or not the delete-after-send option is checked, the 
instance still appears in the delete-forms screen.

I have fixed this issue, but am unsure exactly how to obtain push privileges. I 
assume just by asking nicely? :)

Hi, thanks for tackling this issue, I am one of the users behind this request.
As the end of the day, our wish was to be able to review sent forms, which 
seems impossible at the time. 
I have opened issue #1147 to this regard.
