Edit content throws SqlException #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. navigate to http://localhost:5401/shop/Cms/EditTop/2
2. edit the content, and click 'Save Changes'
3. throws SqlException:

The UPDATE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint 
"FK4FEDF4B6E53A5F80". The conflict occurred in database "SutekiShop", table 
"dbo.ContentType", column 'ContentTypeId'.
