[x] Add script to allow running Inspec
[x] Run from the cloned repo as part of Vagrant provisioning :question:
[x] Run manually from a normal VM as well
[x] Update version in inspec.yml from semantic-release
[x] Validate inspec profile from pipeline
[x] Docs -> Binary is installed from bootstrap script
