[x] Allow reading the docker-compose.yml from the internet: docker compose up -f https://github.com/.../.../.../docker-compose.yml
- [x] Use 2 containers
  1. Write a portainer.passwd file to the host filesystem from an alipne linux
  2. Start portainer with the freshly written portainer.passwd
[x] Add "How to start Portainer" section to docs
[x] Vagrant: Forward Port
