other StatusNet servers point to identica #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new account
2. choose another server other then Identi.ca

What is the expected output?
For the account name and links to point to the correct server

What do you see instead?
Links refer to identi.ca

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.4-0ubuntu1
Ubuntu Lucid
