Enable Twitter Account Doesn't Open OAuth Twitter Webpage #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add twitter account
2. enable twitter account
3. be prompted to enter the pin code
4. be unable to figure out how/where to obtain said code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to have a new webpage or embedded webpage with the twitter oauth login 
request to obtain pin.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
