FF Extension should not allow Vietnamese typing on URL field.

Also, for some reason it did not work in "find" field.

I used to type wikipedia url directly and this isn't a bug, moreover the 
Vietnamese
domain names are coming soon (http://www.tenmientiengviet.vn/jsp/index.jsp). 
But it's
quite annoyed in general, especially with .org tld. I've made it configurable 
since r108.

About the findbar, its implementation has changed a bit in Firefox 3.0. Now it 
works
like a charm.
