Make "Remove transaction" and "Remove symbol" available from toolbar/menu #42

Currently the feature to remove a transaction and/or symbol is kind of hidden: 
the option is available by right clicking on a row.

The option should be presented to the user through the toolbar and/or menu.

Part of release 0.13 Beta.

For now, it only support single selection, another issue will be open for 
"multiple selection delete".
