This will capture orders which have similar order booking scenarios.
We want to add a new filter - duplicate orders to the already existing list of filters. This filter should show orders where -
Vendor Confirmed is NOT equal to Refused by Merchant or Refused by Vendor
Orders have the same data for Name, Address, Cruise Line, Sail Date, and Tour Date
