Update meta-data for son-package #172

son-package meta-data will include a new field signature to store the signed package Hash, if available.

Related to issue #162 Signature field implemented in SONATA package files API (son-package): file_container.signature = signature

The scope of the signature is reduced to the package file. While descriptors still have a signature field, it is set to null.
