Service Developer wants to delete/remove a particular service descriptor from the SDK catalogue

We need to check the dependencies of the to be deleted NSD/VNFD on other NSDs/VNFDs. If there exist a dependency, the delete/remove request should be denied.

This feature is no longer planned for the SDK Catalogue and will be added to the Service Platform Catalogue (son-catalogue-repos)
