Mongo-express docker image ceased to exist?

docker.io/knickers/mongo-express is not available, don't know if temporarily or definitely. As a consequence, integration tests involving the SDK catalogue are failing to start.

@lconceicao Hello Luis, I think the image is now official https://hub.docker.com/_/mongo-express/. You could try to use mongo-express instead knickers/mongo-express
