Create VNF image for WAC #6

It must contains both WAC and QSS and be connected to VNF BS (Rabbitmq and MongoDB).

The software has been already installed in telco-WAC. Pending to check the config and get it working. The parameters which need to be changed in the conf will be included in the Wiki page of the pilot (https://git.cs.upb.de/5gtango/generalInfo/wikis/Communication-pilot).
