Monitoring dashboard for SP

Data to display for the moment:

Information about the VM supporting the SP like CPU, memory and disk usage
Information about the containers forming the SP like CPU, memory and disk usage

Problems found:

For this it is required to have the id of the VM inside the src attribute of the ifram. How the Portal is going to retrieve this? Panos is working on a solution. -> READY
Graphs accessible without credentials for the moment. Later the user will need its bearer token to request them through GTK.
Right now, the GTK does not have the endpoints implemented. Need @jbonnet to implement them in a future to build the Dashboard. For the moment Portal will include them directly as a test to start using Grafana. -> READY
If Grafana does not work properly in Portal, there is an alternative response from the monitoring API giving all the information required to build graphs in Portal directly. -> NOT REQUIRED

Additional information:

.../v2/services/srv_id/metrics include the metrics per NS running with the ids of each of their VNFs. Portal can use this to request graphs to Grafana per VNF for a NS
Information about the number of NSD and VNFD can be found in Catalogues API.
Information about number of VIMs can be found in Catalogues API (?)
