Have a project wide logging approach for all SP components.

Call 2018-11-15:

Unused fields are empty strings.
Output is a clean single line, only containing the JSON object.

Since the packager runs locally, we need to have two modes: bare JSON from SP deployment and some mode with nice human readable output.

Swtich modes: ENV LOGJSON True/False

[x] disable packaging reports printouts if LOGJSON
[x] correct logger setup
[x] use ENV LOGLEVEL
[x] use CLI -v(overwrites LOGLEVEL)
[x] enhance log output where needed (START, STOP events should be sufficient)
[x] test special case of LOG.exception()
[x] BUG duplicated logmessages
[x] test within Docker container
[x] merge to master
[x] document usage
