TODO:

When trying to use an old Sonata project (eg, with missing files section), throw an error and explicitly ask the user to use --translate to translate it into a new Tango project
Then add the files automatically
And replace the schema_version field in the descriptors

Also have to update version of project.yml. Versions < 0.5 are no longer supported and lead to an error message
