Publish to Docker Hub #74

Currently, the container isn't pushed automatically to Docker Hub.

Not sure where/how to do this properly because the tng-sdk-package has basically the same CI/CD workflow but it is published to Docker Hub. @felipevicens ?

We need this for easy integration with the SDK portal (to be implemented).

Currently, in the tests are failing in Linux environments (Docker, Jenkins, Ubuntu), but not under Windows. Seems to be a dependency issue with tavern as I didn't change anything in between...
