Subject

Impossible to add an item on subject or edit a subject with an item in a collection using Sonata\Form\Type\CollectionType.

Steps to reproduce

Create an admin with a collectionType with allow_add option = true, then click on the add button

Expected results

Collection item added to the form

Actual results

ajax request failed, the error is shown bellow. If i manually remove Symfony\Component\Form\Form::remove() first argument type (string) the collection works has excepted
