Add deprecation note at README.md.

I think this gets overridden by dev kit

That's right. You need tu adjust this: https://github.com/sonata-project/dev-kit/blob/master/config/projects.yml#L223-L225

We should remove the project from dev kit and archive the repo. So that no further modifications are possible. And close all issues with a comment and link to the 3 new Repos, and if the error still occurs the should open a new one in den corresponding repo
