CircleCI and GoReleaser #17

This moves Ahab over to CircleCI (Travis, you were a great friend, thank you for your service) and starts using GoReleaser like Hashbrowns and Nancy

This pull request makes the following changes:

Adds in CircleCI config
Adds in basic GoReleaser config
Updates README a tiny bit

It relates to the following issue #s:

Fixes #13

LGTM, Let me know if there's anything blocking this from being merged, I can take care of it if so. Otherwise, might merge this and pull into this branch so that I stop getting build failures :)

Go for it! The "CircleCI context" issue can be fixed post-merge.
