We had a few lurking issues reported by IQ Server due to usage of:

gorilla/websocket 1.4.0 (moving to 1.4.2 fixes it) x/crypto (moving to v0.0.0-20200604202706-70a84ac30bf9 fixes it) x/text (moving to v0.3.3 fixes it)

This pull request makes the following changes:

Adds replace blocks to go.mod, very similar changes to what we had to do with nancy after bringing in Cobra

Fixes #15 #16 #1
