Dnf auto detect #28

Currently based off the DNF support branch #22 would like to merge that first and then we can do this one

But this adds auto detect support for DNF 🎉🎉🎉🎉

It relates to the following issue #s:

@DarthHater It also looks like PR tests are not running here for some reason?? They run in nancy but not here. Do you think that is a setting or something you need to fiddle in CircleCi?? From what i can tell the configs are the same.

@zendern @DarthHater CircleCI config twiddled. There's a setting: "Build forked pull requests" that is now On. Please push a small change and verify CI builds now.

Looks like something is still off still not seeing it run

$*#&@(). So I swear I flipped that switch, but when I went back to check it just now, it showed as Off. I flipped it again, and here's proof for posterity for after I have my nervous breakdown and start my psychotic rampage:
