Update audit log format

Dropped running count when printing dependency names to avoid alignment issues when processing large numbers of dependencies.

This pull request makes the following changes:

• Print total count at end of scanning vs incremental progress
• Update tests for new format

It relates to the following issue #s:

• Fixes #154
