Clicking apk(proxy) no response

• What are you trying to do?

Uploading the kar file to the deploy directory. Log viewer shows:

But clicking on the "add repository" - apk (proxy), there is no reaction, e.g. the UI for inputing info doesn't come out.

Version: Sonatype Nexus Repository ManagerOSS 3.26.0-04

• What feature or behavior is this required for?

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)

This makes me think we need a new log entry somewhere to let you know stuff is progressing.
