Build against latest nexus repository manager release: 3.28.0-01

Plugin is incompatible with Nexus 3.28.0 :

• org.sonatype.nexus.repository.storage.ContentValidator is deprecated. I switch to interface org.sonatype.nexus.repository.mime.ContentValidator
• org.sonatype.nexus.repository.mime.ContentValidator now use jdk built-in Supplier class instead of guava one
• org.sonatype.nexus.repository.storage.TempBlob is deprecated too, use org.sonatype.nexus.repository.view.payloads.TempBlob instead
• Fix tests
