Update Nexus Dependency to 3.40.1-01

This pull request makes the following changes:

• Update Nexus dependency to 3.40.1-01
• Add m2 caching in dockerfile so I could see it build
• update JGit to the newest I could without breaking changes
• use apache OSGI package to resolve dependencies (JSch)
• simplest code to fix build failures

@beiriannydd I pushed up a change that uses SearchIndexFacet instead of ElasticSearchFacet. I'll also push a doc change to include the new versions. Could someone please give this a try and report if it works for you? Then I'll be happy to push the big red merge button. Thanks!
