Address CRAN issues #16

Relatively minor tweaks:

Use donttest in examples
Clarify copyright
Minor clean up cc @bhamail / @DarthHater / @brittanybelle / @adrianpowell / @csgillespie

Not sure. In the DESCRITPION file the ' marks are used to highlight words that could be spelling mistakes, not phrases. I reworded it because I didn't know how to handle 'Sonatype's' :(

Aha, I didn't realize that purpose was to get the abbreviation past the spell check. Makes more sense now. It read oddly to my eye.
